For public health safety and welfare, please immediately contact Enviropouch® at info@enviropouch.com or 770-632-1991 with the URL link information, if you see Enviropouch® brand, Enviropak name, or ANY OTHER STEAM INFECTION CONTROL PRODUCT CLAIMED TO BE REUSABLE NAME/BRAND product being sold on any other website to ensure its genuine or authentic product brand.  

 

Enviropouch® is a unique medical device class II, registered with the US FDA for 30 years. There exists no other SAFE, similar, reusable steam sterilization pouch product by any other name or brand.  

 

EnviroPouch® brand products are manufactured and sold ONLY directly and exclusively (with the exception of one distributor in Japan). Enviropak Inc, headquartered in Peachtree City, GA 30269 is the name of our company, dba Enviropouch®. 

 

Enviropouch®  is sold directly in the United States and internationally at our website retail checkout  www.EnviroPouch.com or by calling 770-632-1991. 

 

There is NO authorized supplier, dealer, or distributor to resell to other distributors/wholesalers (with the exception of one distributor in Japan).

 

As listed by Google Search Engine on May 1, 2023, in alphabetical order, the following listed distributors, including but not limited to, ARE NOT AUTHORIZED DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS OR IN ANY WAY AFFILIATED WITH Enviropak llc dba Enviropouch®.  NONE OF THESE ENTITIES HAVE PERMISSION OR AGREEMENT TO REPRESENT ENVIROPAK LLC OR Enviropouch®:

In fact, at least one of the distributors listed was part  of a 2019 FTC class action suit to do with price fixing and price gouging. At that time, it was also found that the Enviropouch® website content was copy/pasted to their websites and remains so, yet we do not sell products to any of these entities. So if they sell a product that is labeled Enviropouch®, then it is either NOT an authentic Enviropouch® product or they plan to obtain Enviropouch® in some other manner, if they obtain an authentic Enviropouch®. 

 

We apologize to our customers and prospects for the time, inconvenience, confusion and initial confusion that this is creating. We are presently working to remedy this situation with each of the aforementioned distributors and online sellers of disposables. In the past EnviroPouch® selected an authorized distributor, dealer, or supplier because of their excellent customer track record to properly represent and sell EnviroPouch® online, in catalogs, and especially to provide excellent customer service to dental practices.  However, conflicts of interest with the sale of disposables prevent others from competitively pricing Enviropouch®.
 
Enviropak llc dba Enviropouch® in NO WAY endorses or sponsors INBLOOM, TOBEINBLOOM, or Syllable llc. The company with a retail online website is presently utilizing the mark ENVIROPOUCH on their website as a name and description for a plastic slide lock, type bag or pouch which is typically used for snacks and powders.  Enviropak llc dba Enviropouch® has no affiliation with these organizations and has not authorized the use or given any permission for the use of the company mark ENVIROPOUCH, for which Enviropouch® was granted a US trademark in 2012, based upon its continuous use, specifically defined description, unique US FDA medical device class II registration since 1993 and its dotcom domain registration since 2001.  At 22 years, we press on towards Enviropouch® becoming a household name for those professionals working in healthcare, bio labs, agriculture, wildlife, sea life and industry who utilize steam infection control.
